Schizophrenia protocols

1. Suppressive mode
The brain sometime become unable to stabilize after period of excitation. The symptom can be describe as thinking about the activity, unable to function, low mood, and increase psychosis. As a counter to this problem, suppressive mode was introduce. This is still in preliminary stage but it will test in the future

2. Have adequate sleep
Make sure u have 6-7 hours of sleeping everyday. Lack of sleep can danger the stability of the brain

3. Create your own delusion
By using affirmation, new positive delusion can be create. Its like programming the brain. Install a new program. Everybody have their or delusion or believe. We just create another one.

4. Hallucination replacement
The can be apply to visual hallucination. Maybe u can see demons or monster or symbolic items such sword, hammer or scythe. Replace those with a happy version of hallucination such as angels, flowers, balloons and trees. This also can induce a relaxation state.

5. Ego control
Always check your ego level. Sometime your action is affected by high ego. High ego can cause undesirable action and resentment during social interaction.

6. Always socialize
Always have company so u have someone to talk to. It is proven it can reduce the tension and elevate mood. Have close friends so that u can talk about your problems.
